Our team brings decades of design build experience to the table. We take the time to listen and understand your needs, identify any challenges, and work in partnership with you to deliver custom pieces to your home or business
Upon contacting us, we will schedule and conduct an initial consultation to better understand your project needs. It is in this appointment that you will get a glimpse of our devotion and passion for what we do. All project intentions and expectations will be discussed, ideas presented, and we will mutually determine if StudioTingo’s talents and capabilities are best suited for you. Once we have an agreement to work together, we ask for a deposit for custom pieces, review all terms, and draw up a timeline for delivering your project.
From there, we begin the long process of engineering where we transform the drawings into acutely detailed production cut sheets, accurate to paper-thin margins. This level of exactness allows us to create projects that other companies are simply unable to match.
During the build phase, we send you periodic progress reports including pictures if possible. When it is time to deliver your project, all pieces are personally delivered to your home or business, and professionally set up/installed.
In short, we strive to meet or surpass your highest expectations, from inception to completion. If you are not happy, we're not finished.
